Victoria Lake Canoe Club - Time Trials and Club Training

Time trials are every Tuesday night - start times are 17h45 September to end April, and 17h30 May to August.
A novice time trial is also usually organized for first Tuesday of each month.
Life jackets are compulsory for juniors.Life jackets are compulsory for all during winter.

For training details, watch the newsgroup, but generally there are organised training groups every Thursday night, and on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
There is a Saturday training school run by Brandon Zac which starts at 07:00 sharp! The training at this time of year is sprint based and therefore involves a lot of intervals. Paddlers of all levels are welcome.
